Honestly, Tally Speed Dating started because dating apps kind of suck.

A lot of people in Tallahassee feel stuck. You go to work, go to class, hang out with the same friends, and somehow you're supposed to meet someone new. Most people end up scrolling through dating apps instead. We thought there had to be a better way.

The idea behind our events is pretty simple. Get a group of local singles together, make it easy to start conversations, and take away the awkward part of walking up to someone you don't know.

No games. No pressure. No spending weeks texting someone only to realize there's no chemistry. Just real conversations with real people.

We're Tallahassee locals ourselves, so we know what dating here is like. That's why we try to keep our events relaxed, affordable, and actually fun to attend.
